Specification Writing

Construction Documents are incomplete without proper Specifications. We take pride in confirming that owner requested items appear in the appropriate specification sections, and put in the requisite time and effort to fully match the format provided by the Prime Consultant. Edits are made concurrent with design implementations and revisions, such that conflicts are minimized. Aethera Engineers produces the items below to ensure projects are successful:

Construction Administration

When design is complete, construction begins. At Aethera Engineers, we believe that continuity is key to overall project success.
